Avigilon solutions have been deployed throughout Latin America since 2007, and the region is a growing market, with AI technology driving the expansion. As we approach Expo Seguridad, one of the largest security exhibitions in Mexico, we’re highlighting how our products and technologies are helping to solve real-world challenges for security operators in Latin America.

AI Delivering Actionable Results

Our AI-powered security solutions are designed to make your system smarter and your response times faster. Our upcoming Avigilon Control Center (ACC) 7 video management software helps you gain situational awareness from your video security system and focus on what matters most. Its Focus of Attention user interface leverages our AI-powered self-learning video analytics and Unusual Motion Detection technologies to determine what information is important and should be presented to you. That way, you can focus on event verification and proactive response, rather than simply watching static video feeds.

High-Powered Cameras for Detailed and Accurate Monitoring

Our video security cameras offer highly detailed image quality, built-in self-learning video analytics and durability. Avigilon H4 Pro cameras provide resolutions ranging from 8 MP (4K) to 30 MP (7K), enabling thorough coverage of wide distances with fewer cameras while simultaneously allowing operators to zoom in with detail to identify and quickly respond to potential security events. The H4 Multisensor camera is also popular within the region, often chosen for its flexible design which can capture multiple angles up to 360 degrees, enabling maximum scene coverage while minimizing blind spots.

“Clear video security that can withstand challenging conditions is critical to our ability to protect the port from theft and other security threats,” said Axel Humberto Perez Flores, Head of Information Technology for the Port of Guaymas. “With Avigilon’s HD cameras and ACC software, our operators can centrally monitor and verify port activities, helping to ensure we continue to provide secure transportation and storage services to our clients.”

A Complete Solution

Together with Motorola Solutions, we provide an integrated source for actionable information from the time an emergency call is placed until after an incident is resolved. Motorola Solutions land mobile radios allow users to quickly convey critical information, helping to enable a faster response on the ground when a potentially critical event is detected in the video control room.

To learn more about our complete security solutions, be sure to visit us at Expo Seguridad at stand #3408 from May 7-9 at Centro Citibanamex, Mexico City!
